Redesigning an online TV
An agile project run in two months.
Increasing video consumption
Encouraging discovery of the program catalog and transforming viewers into tourists.
An existing media
We have started the project with a data analysis and an online survey. With more than 400 answers, we understood that the WebTV was identified as a source of inspiration offering qualitative contents.
However, the figures showed that the number of videos watched and the time spent on the platform were rather low.
Of the users are looking for a thematic approach
to be better inspired.
HIGHLIGHTING THE THEMATIC CHANNELS
We have strengthened the principle of thematic channels thanks to strong navigation and identity.
We have also implemented systems to encourage bounce between videos.
FROM INSPIRATION TO ORGANIZATION
The website offers different tools to encourage discovery of territories as geolocalization for each content.

We have worked on a high-fidelity prototype which was quickly integrated on the plateform by the technical provider (Novastream), in order to be tested in real conditions.
